Ed Tan

Senior Vice President – Enterprise Data Management

Mr. Tan joined PCCP in 2026 and serves as the Head of Enterprise Data Management. Mr. Tan’s responsibilities include leading the firm’s enterprise data strategy, overseeing core platform architecture, governance, and reporting to ensure a single source of truth that delivers scalable, high-quality insights and drives business value. Prior to joining PCCP, Mr. Tan served as the SVP of Enablement & Innovation and the Global Head of Reporting at CBRE. Mr. Tan brings 22 years of real estate experience and holds a B.S. from the University of California at Irvine and an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University.

Karen Delano

Senior Vice President

Karen Delano joined PCCP in June 2006 and is a senior member of the firm’s Marketing & Communications department, where she leads Client Services. Ms. Delano oversees investor communications, reporting coordination, and capital activity support across PCCP’s platforms. In addition to leading Client Services, she supports firmwide marketing and communications initiatives that enhance brand positioning, investor engagement, and capital formation efforts. Prior to joining PCCP, Ms. Delano was a Project Coordinator at Williams + Paddon, Architects + Planners, where she was responsible for construction phase services, marketing, and project administration. Ms. Delano earned her B.A. in Theatre Arts with minors in Cinema/Television and Business Administration from the University of Southern California and her M.B.A. from USC’s Marshall School of Business.

Julia Malet

Vice President

Julia Malet joined PCCP in June 2021. As a member of the originations team, Ms. Malet is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and closing both debt and equity transactions. Prior to joining PCCP, Ms. Malet worked in the Real Estate Investment Sales group at Newmark in New York City. Ms. Malet received a B.S. in Finance and Economics from Bryant University.

Jon Hirschland

Vice President

Mr. Hirschland joined PCCP in 2024. Mr. Hirschland’s responsibilities include asset management and investor reporting for PCCP’s single family for rent housing investments. Prior to joining PCCP, Mr. Hirschland was a Portfolio Manager at CBRE focused on third party asset management of PCCP’s multifamily and build-to-rent platforms. Additionally, Mr. Hirschland was an Associate at Trimont Real Estate Advisors working with multiple clients across both debt and equity investments. Mr. Hirschland received his B.S. in Finance from Clemson University.

Chad Donohoe

Vice President

Chad Donohoe joined PCCP in January 2022 and is a member of the firm’s Originations team. In this role, Mr. Donohoe is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and closing both debt and equity transactions. Prior to joining PCCP, Mr. Donohoe worked at LaSalle Investment Management at the firm’s global headquarters in Chicago, Illinois. Mr. Donohoe graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Finance and a B.S. in Real Estate from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

Colin Smith

Senior Vice President

Colin Smith joined PCCP in September 2019 and is responsible for fund management of several of PCCP’s equity separate accounts, as well as new platform development. Mr. Smith has a B.A. from Cornell University and a M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Adam Ause

Senior Vice President

Adam Ause joined PCCP in June 2021. He is responsible for various tax compliance functions, including quarterly estimated payment and withholding projections. Prior to PCCP, Mr. Ause was a tax manager at Ernst & Young LLP where he provided tax advisory and compliance services to public and private real estate companies (PCCP being one of those). He received degrees in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University and is a Certified Public Accountant (active).

Connor Markley

Vice President

Connor Markley joined PCCP in April 2025 as a Vice President on the equity asset management team, based in the San Francisco office. Prior to PCCP, Mr. Markley worked as a Senior Associate at Tides Equities within its asset management department, where he was responsible for overseeing the execution and management of value-add and opportunistic multifamily real estate investments in sunbelt regions. Prior to joining Tides Equities in 2020, Mr. Markley worked at Marcus & Millichap in their retail advisory division. Mr. Markley holds a B.B.A. in Economics from the University of Washington.

Wes Bacastow

Vice President

Wes Bacastow joined PCCP in March 2022 as a member of the Equity Asset Management Team. Prior to joining PCCP, Mr. Bacastow was an analyst in the Commercial Advisory and Diligence group at SitusAMC where he provided analytical support in the closing of commercial real estate debt. Mr. Bacastow graduated from the University of Georgia earning a B.B.A. in Finance and Real Estate with an emphasis in Pricing and Valuation, magna cum laude.

K.C. Kriegel

Partner

K.C. Kriegel joined PCCP in June 2010 and is responsible for capital raising activities at the firm. Prior to joining PCCP, Ms. Kriegel was an Associate at Lazard Frères & Co. in the Private Fund Advisory Group where she worked on raising several real estate investment vehicles on behalf of private equity firms. Ms. Kriegel has also worked at Eastdil Secured and at Wells Fargo Bank. Ms. Kriegel earned her B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She has participated in leadership of the New York Private Equity Network (NYPEN) Real Estate Women’s Forum and Penn Women in Real Estate (PWiRE). Ms. Kriegel is a member of WX Women Executives in Real Estate, the Pension Real Estate Association, INREV and Institutional Real Estate, Inc. – America’s advisory board. Ms. Kriegel is also a member of PCCP’s ESG Committee and Belonging and Inclusion Committee.

Jenna Wegner

Senior Vice President

Jenna Wegner joined PCCP in August 2017. Ms. Wegner serves as the Head of Project Management within PCCP’s Investor Relations group. Prior to joining PCCP, Ms. Wegner was a Senior Associate in the audit practice at EY, LLP where she specialized in the real estate industry. Her clients included listed and non‐listed REITs, homebuilders, engineering companies and real estate funds. Ms. Wegner holds both a B.A. and Masters in Accounting from the University of Southern California and is an inactive CPA license holder in the state of California.

Mason Oh

Vice President

Mr. Oh joined PCCP in 2024 as a Vice President on the Debt Asset Management Team. He is responsible for managing debt investments originated by PCCP. Prior to joining PCCP, Mr. Oh worked for Welltower, a Healthcare REIT, where he worked on senior housing and multifamily investment and asset management. Before that, he worked for Mirae Asset Global Investments, where he worked on acquisitions of office and industrial properties in the US and Europe. Prior to that, he worked for LaSalle Investment Management, where he was part of their capital raising group in Korea. Mr. Oh received his M.B.A from Columbia University and his B.A. in Economics from Korea University. He is an active member and board member of the Korean Real Estate Professional Association (KREPA).

Bradley Elkman

Vice President

Mr. Elkman joined PCCP in 2024. Mr. Elkman is primarily focused on BFR investments. Prior to joining PCCP, Mr. Elkman worked on the acquisitions and development team at Welltower in New York. Previously, Mr. Elkman was an investment professional at P. Schoenfeld Asset Management (PSAM), an event-driven alternative asset manager, in New York and London. Mr. Elkman holds a B.A. in Economics from Yale University, M.A. from The Courtauld Institute of Art and M.B.A. from Columbia University, where he received the Feldberg Fellowship.

Yenisi Onabolu

Ms. Onabolu joined PCCP in 2024. Ms. Onabolu is a vice president on the Debt Asset Management team. Prior to joining PCCP, Ms. Onabolu served as a portfolio manager on TD Asset Management’s global real estate portfolio. Ms. Onabolu received her B.Math in Financial Analysis & Risk Management from the University of Waterloo, Canada.

Michael Thomas

Vice President

Michael Thomas first joined PCCP in September 2021 and currently works on the Equity Asset Management team as a Vice President in the Atlanta office. He previously originated equity and debt investments across the Southeast and Texas. Prior to PCCP, Mr. Thomas worked as an Associate at Ares Management within its Real Estate Private Equity group, where he focused on equity acquisitions and portfolio management. Mr. Thomas graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.S. in Commerce and a minor in Real Estate Investment.

Jigar Patel

Vice President

Jigar joined PCCP in March 2024 as a Vice President on the Debt Asset Management team. He is responsible for executing strategies in PCCP’s debt portfolio. Prior to joining PCCP, Mr. Patel worked in the Real Estate Finance group at Voya Investment Management as an asset manager. Mr. Patel also spent years on the equity side in real estate development and operations with a focus on senior living. Mr. Patel holds a B.A. in Neuroscience from Boston University.

Meina Zhi

Senior Vice President

Ms. Zhi joined PCCP in 2024 as Senior Vice President, Business Applications Manager. She oversees the management of the suite of Business Applications, including Chatham, Backshop, Pereview, Juniper, Salesforce, Yardi, and more. Previously, Ms. Zhi served as Director of Corporate Applications & Analytics at CIM Group, leading enhancements and integrations of various systems. Her background also includes a tenure as Business Applications Manager at Griffin Capital, refining ERP, CRM, and Business Intelligence systems. With over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, Ms. Zhi is dedicated to driving projects and leveraging technology to boost operational efficiency. Ms. Zhi received her Master of Science degree in Accounting from Suffolk University.

Jenna Barclay

Senior Vice President

Ms. Barclay joined PCCP in 2023 as part of the Equity Asset Management Team. She is responsible for the investment strategy and investor reporting focused on the multifamily portfolio. Prior to joining PCCP, Ms. Barclay was Director at CBRE, leading a 3rd party asset management team dedicated to multifamily private equity for over three years. Ms. Barclay received her B.S.B.A in International Business with a concentration in Finance and Spanish from Auburn University.

Elizabeth Poalise

Managing Director

Elizabeth Poalise joined PCCP in August 2018. She is the Director of Tax and oversees all tax functions at PCCP. Her primary responsibilities include managing the tax compliance process and relationships with third party tax and accounting firms, assisting in fund structuring, and overseeing legal entity maintenance. Prior to PCCP, Ms. Poalise was a Tax Manager at Ernst & Young, LLP and was also a tax consultant for real estate companies and individuals. She received her B.S. in Accounting from Chapman University and is an active CPA license holder in California.

Sharon Stribling

Managing Director

Ms. Stribling joined PCCP in 1999. Ms. Stribling serves as Director of the Closing Group, which is responsible for closing debt and equity deals originated by PCCP. Prior to joining PCCP, Ms. Stribling worked for 15 years in closing and servicing commercial real estate. Her prior work experience includes working at Netrust Lease Equities, Inc.; Community Bank; Citicorp Real Estate, Inc.; Bank of America; Wells Fargo Bank; and Chase. Ms. Stribling received a B.A. degree in Business/Organization Management from Vanguard University.

Suzy Tan

Vice President

Suzy Tan joined PCCP in June 2021 and is responsible for asset management of PCCP’s debt portfolio, primarily focused on assets in Eastern and Western United States. Prior to joining PCCP, Ms. Tan worked at AXA Investment Managers – Real Assets for five years where she managed a portfolio of commercial mortgages throughout the United States on behalf of institutional investors. Ms. Tan received a B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College.

Scott Nugent

Vice President

Scott Nugent joined PCCP in March 2022. Mr. Nugent is responsible for acquisitions and debt originations along the East Coast with a focus on the Southeast. Prior to PCCP, Mr. Nugent worked as an Associate at Apollo Global Management within its Real Estate Private Equity group, where he was responsible for underwriting, executing and asset managing value-add and opportunistic commercial real estate investments across the U.S. Prior to joining Apollo in 2018, Mr. Nugent worked as a Senior Analyst in the Real Estate & Lodging Investment Banking group at Citigroup, specializing in M&A advisory and capital markets transactions on behalf of REITs and private real estate clients. Mr. Nugent holds a B.S. in Management with a concentration in Finance and a minor in History from Boston College.

Cecil Morgan

Cecil Morgan joined PCCP in April 2022 and is a member of the equity asset management team. Prior to joining PCCP, Mr. Morgan served as a Senior Asset Manager at Forum Real Estate Group and Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Hamilton Point Investments. Additionally, Mr. Morgan was an Asset Manager at Trimont Real Estate Advisors where he worked with multiple clients, including PCCP. Mr. Morgan holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

Eric Lind

Managing Director

Mr. Lind joined PCCP in July 2018 and is responsible for asset management, investor reporting and due diligence for PCCP’s equity portfolio. Mr. Lind is located in Atlanta and is primarily focused on assets in the Eastern region of the United States as PCCP continues expanding its presence. Prior to joining PCCP, Mr. Lind was Managing Director in asset management at Trimont Real Estate Advisors overseeing a team responsible for servicing several large accounts, including the PCCP account for over 11 years. Mr. Lind received a B.B.A. in Finance and Economics with a real estate concentration from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater and an M.B.A. from Auburn University.

Cody Keller

Vice President

Cody Keller joined PCCP in September 2021 as a member of the Equity Asset Management team. In this role, Mr. Keller is responsible for asset management and investment reporting for equity investments nationally. Prior to joining PCCP, Mr. Keller was a Manager in the real estate group at Georgia-Pacific, a subsidiary of Koch Industries, where he handled acquisitions, leasing, and dispositions of office and industrial property globally. Prior to Georgia-Pacific, Mr. Keller worked in the Real Estate Business Advisory Services group at PwC, where he focused on commercial real estate valuation and due diligence for institutional real estate clients. Mr. Keller earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance and master’s degree in Real Estate from the University of Florida.

Aaron Giovara

Co-Founder and Partner

Mr. Giovara is a Founding Partner of PCCP. Mr. Giovara is the Head of Asset Management and a member of PCCP’s Investment Committee. As Head of Asset Management, Mr. Giovara focuses on maximizing performance of the Firm’s investment portfolio and overseeing the day-to-day asset management of the Firm’s equity and debt investments. During his tenure at PCCP, Mr. Giovara has led all aspects of underwriting, due diligence, structuring and asset management of loans or equity investments in residential developments, retail centers, multifamily, hotels, industrial and office buildings. Prior to forming PCCP, Mr. Giovara spent 8 years with Wells Fargo Bank, starting first in the Real Estate Group and then moved to the Real Estate Merchant Banking Group. Mr. Giovara received his bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and Finance from the University of California, Berkeley. Mr. Giovara is a senior member of the Guardsmen of San Francisco, which helps at-risk youth in the San Francisco Bay area.

Bob Ferris

Bob Ferris joined PCCP in March 2023 as a Vice President on the Equity Asset Management Team. Prior to joining PCCP, Mr. Ferris served as Vice President, Asset Management at Preferred Apartment Communities. Mr. Ferris was formerly the Director, Transactions at Cousins Properties, Inc. and has held positions at Situs and TriMont Real Estate Advisors. Mr. Ferris holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an M.B.A. from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Peter Decker

Senior Vice President

Peter Decker joined PCCP in June 2019. Mr. Decker is responsible for asset management of PCCP’s debt portfolio, with a focus on assets in the Eastern United States. Mr. Decker also serves as the fund manager for one of PCCP’s debt vehicles. Prior to joining PCCP, Mr. Decker was Senior Vice President at Quadrant Real Estate Advisors where he was head of asset management overseeing a portfolio of primarily life company loans. Mr. Decker holds a B.S. in Management/Real Estate and an M.B.A. from Georgia State University. Mr. Decker is a CFA charterholder, CFA Institute.

Nikko Armiento

Nikko Joined PCCP in August 2019 and is responsible for asset management of PCCP’s debt portfolio, primarily focused on assets in the Eastern United States. Mr. Armiento also serves as the Fund Manager for one of PCCP’s debt vehicles. Prior to joining PCCP, Mr. Armiento worked at Quadrant Real Estate Advisors where he managed a portfolio of life company loans across the United States. Mr. Armiento holds a B.A. in Economics from Colgate University.

Mariana Abadie

Vice President

Mariana Abadie joined PCCP in February 2021 and is responsible for asset management and investor reporting for PCCP’s equity portfolio in the East Coast and Midwest. Prior to joining PCCP, Ms. Abadie worked in the Asset Management department at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, specializing in the management of premier retail assets in the East Coast. Ms. Abadie received a B.B.A. in Finance and a B.A. in Spanish from Georgia State University.

Adam Zoger

Managing Director

Adam Zoger joined PCCP in May 2001. Mr. Zoger headed the firm’s entrance into the real estate lending syndication and participation market, and currently oversees the company’s capital markets function and has acted as fund manager for several historical and current funds. Prior to joining PCCP, Mr. Zoger was a Senior Vice President at Bankers Mutual/Bay View Bank in San Mateo, and at AMB Investments in San Francisco. Mr. Zoger received a B.A. in Economics from Wesleyan University.

Lauren Young

Partner, Chief Risk Officer & Chief Compliance Officer

Lauren Young is a Partner and serves as Chief Risk Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at PCCP. She is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Ms. Young joined PCCP in 2003, and her responsibilities have included Head of Portfolio Management, responsible for PCCP’s equity investment vehicles and portfolio operations and Head of Equity Asset Management, responsible for implementing asset management strategies for the firm’s equity platform. Other responsibilities have included Portfolio Manager for two opportunistic commingled equity funds and four value-add equity joint ventures, as well as serving on the firm’s Credit and Workout Committees in 2008 and 2009. Prior to her corporate and management roles, Ms. Young focused on acquisitions, debt origination, and asset management with a focus on northern California and Colorado, having originated equity, mezzanine, and senior debt in commitments to condominium, retail, land, office, multifamily, and industrial projects throughout the United States. Prior to PCCP, Ms. Young held management consulting, strategic planning, and market intelligence roles at Mercer Management Consulting and Philips Electronics Hong Kong. Ms. Young received her A.B. in Economics magna cum laude from Harvard University and holds an M.B.A. from Stanford University. She is a Board Member and 2019 President of the San Francisco Bay Area chapter of the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP).

Bryan Thornton

Managing Partner

Mr. Thornton joined PCCP in 1999. Mr. Thornton is a member of the Firm’s Management Committee, focused on PCCP’s equity platform. Additionally, Mr. Thornton serves as the Co-Fund Manager for the Firm’s commingled opportunistic equity series of vehicles, and oversees PCCP’s equity portfolio as Co-Head of Equity Investment Management. Mr. Thornton is also a member of the Executive Committee, which primarily oversees Firm strategy and policy, resource allocation, risk and compliance. Mr. Thornton earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and NAREIM. In connection with Urban Land Institute, Mr. Thornton is involved with ULI’s UrbanPlan program, which works with high school seniors on the challenges of communities and developing a built environment.

Brian Silva

Senior Vice President

Brian Silva joined the Debt Asset Management Team in September of 2017. His responsibilities include levering PCCP’s debt positions and portfolio management responsibilities associated with PCCP’s levered debt positions. Brian began his career at PCCP in Debt Asset Management before transitioning to Capital Markets in 2020. Mr. Silva is a graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo where he earned a B.S. in Business Administration. Brian is also a board member of the RELA West Chapter.

Alexandra Schultz

Managing Director

Alexandra Schultz joined PCCP in April 2019. Ms. Schultz serves as the Co-Fund Manager for the firm’s commingled value add debt series of vehicles, and oversees PCCP’s debt portfolio as Co-Head of Debt Investment Management. Additionally, Ms. Schultz serves as Fund Manager for select debt separately managed accounts. Ms. Schultz is also responsible for debt and equity originations in Northern California, Utah, and the Midwest. Prior to joining PCCP, Ms. Schultz worked in Wells Fargo’s Commercial Real Estate Group in Chicago and San Francisco. In her role at Wells Fargo, Ms. Schultz underwrote, originated and managed commercial real estate loans for a number of real estate investors and developers located across the country. Since beginning her career, Ms. Schultz has been involved in debt and equity investments in the apartment, industrial, office, retail, and single-family for-rent sectors. Ms. Schultz earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is an active member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association.

Philip Russick

Managing Director

Mr. Russick joined PCCP in 2003. Mr. Russick serves as a member of PCCP’s Equity and Debt Asset Management teams, and specializes in distressed debt and equity restructuring, DPO’s, foreclosure, and complex recapitalizations. During his tenure at PCCP, Mr. Russick has directly managed multifamily, retail, office, master planned community development, industrial and hotel investments. Prior to coming to PCCP, Mr. Russick worked in the Wells Fargo Real Estate Managed Asset Group managing Northern California and the Pacific Northwest. Mr. Russick received his B.S. and M.B.A. from Santa Clara University.

Carolyn Powell

Managing Director, Head of Debt Asset Management

Ms. Powell joined PCCP in 2005. Ms. Powell serves as the Head of Debt Asset Management, leading a team that manages PCCP’s debt portfolio across the United States. She also oversees the Closing Group that supports equity and debt investments. Since joining PCCP in 2005, her responsibilities have ranged the entire suite of debt and equity investment including diligence/closing, servicing, syndications/participations, investor relations, fund management, as well as acquisitions & asset management for both debt and equity. Ms. Powell received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of California, Davis. She is an active member of the San Francisco chapter of Urban Land Institute (ULI) where she serves as Treasurer for the Executive Board and is a member of the Local Residential Product Council and the ULI Americas Urban Development and Mixed-Use Council on the national level.

Donald Kuemmeler

Co-Founder & Senior Managing Partner

Mr. Kuemmeler is a Co-Founder of PCCP and a member of the Firm’s Management Committee, focused on PCCP’s debt platform. Additionally, Mr. Kuemmeler is a member of the Firm’s Investment Committee. Mr. Kuemmeler is also a member of the Executive Committee, which primarily oversees Firm strategy and policy, resource allocation, risk and compliance. Prior to forming PCCP in 1998, Mr. Kuemmeler held senior management positions at Wells Fargo Bank in the Real Estate Merchant Banking and Workout Groups. Mr. Kuemmeler earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley and his master’s degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of California, Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. Mr. Kuemmeler is a member of the Fisher Center for Real Estate, the Urban Land Institute and International Council of Shopping Centers. Mr. Kuemmeler also is a frequent speaker and panelist at professional real estate conferences and investment venues across the country.

Brian Heafey

Mr. Heafey joined PCCP in 2000. Mr. Heafey serves as the Co-Fund Manager for the Firm’s commingled value add debt series of vehicles, and oversees PCCP’s debt portfolio as Co-Head of Debt Investment Management. Additionally, Mr. Heafey serves as Fund Manager for several debt separately managed accounts. Previously, Mr. Heafey was Head of Investment and Portfolio Management for both PCCP’s equity and debt portfolios. Prior to joining PCCP, Mr. Heafey was a Consulting Manager for E&Y Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group throughout Asia and the United States. Mr. Heafey received his bachelor’s degree from Stanford University. He is a former Trustee for St. Ignatius College Preparatory, former board member of Rose Court, a low-income housing development, and is active in Canine Companions for Independence.

Melanie Gangel

Senior Vice President

Ms. Gangel joined PCCP in June 2013. Ms. Gangel’s responsibilities include asset management, leasing and disposition for PCCP’s equity investment portfolio. Ms. Gangel has been involved in the acquisition, disposition and asset management of commercial real estate, including office, R&D, residential land, multifamily and industrial investments throughout the United States through her previous experience at Divco West Real Estate Services and Hunt Companies and currently for PCCP. She was also a consultant for Ernst & Young LLP’s real estate advisory practice and worked on institutional investment sales at Cassidy Turley. Ms. Gangel holds a California Real Estate License and received a B.S. in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of California, at Berkeley.

Jim Galovan

Partner

Mr. Galovan joined PCCP in 2008. Mr. Galovan oversees PCCP’s separate accounts, which comprise approximately half of PCCP’s business. Mr. Galovan leads business development efforts for the firm and serves as a senior member of the Investments team, focusing on new debt and equity investments across the United States. Mr. Galovan also has a senior leadership role in the oversight and growth of PCCP’s industrial and residential build-to-rent platforms. Prior to joining PCCP, Mr. Galovan spent five years in Northern California as a Vice President at Woodside Group, Inc., a national developer of residential real estate. Mr. Galovan received a B.A. from Brigham Young University and a M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Erik Flynn

Mr. Flynn joined PCCP in 2004. Mr. Flynn serves as a member of the Investments team and acts as the head of the San Francisco Investments office, spearheading the Firm’s investment sourcing effort in the Pacific Northwest. Additionally, Mr. Flynn is a member of the Firm’s Investment Committee. Prior to joining PCCP, Mr. Flynn worked in the Asset Management Group of Unico Properties, an investment real estate and operating company headquartered in Seattle, where he focused on the investment performance of their west coast office portfolio. Mr. Flynn received a B.S. in Finance and Information Systems from Boston College.

Sean Flannery

Mr. Flannery joined PCCP in 2019. Mr. Flannery leads PCCP’s capital advisory business, advising pension plans on debt strategies as well as strategic financings. He is also involved in the development of the Single Family for Rent equity platform. Prior to joining PCCP, Mr. Flannery spent three years with Basin Street Properties, an acquirer and developer of suburban office buildings in California and Nevada. He was a Partner and President responsible for the management and operations of a real estate private equity investment portfolio. Prior to Basin Street, Mr. Flannery spent 26 years with Wells Fargo Bank, primarily in the Real Estate Merchant Banking Group, and the last few years as a Senior Credit Officer in the Commercial Real Estate Group. In this role, he managed credit approvals and portfolio management for the Real Estate Group in the western United States and the Homebuilder Group nationally. Mr. Flannery received his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Stanford University.

Dorian Farhang

Dorian Farhang joined PCCP in July 2012. Mr. Farhang is responsible for originating new business for PCCP’s equity and debt platforms with a focus on the Northern California and Seattle markets. During his tenure at PCCP, Mr. Farhang has originated hospitality, multifamily, office, retail, and industrial investments in Northern California, the Pacific Northwest, and Midwestern United States. In addition to originating new business, Mr. Farhang also plays a key role in the firm’s industrial investment and development strategies. Mr. Farhang is currently the portfolio manager for two PCCP investment vehicles focused on build-to-core, industrial investments. Mr. Farhang received a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.

Robin Edison

Robin Edison joined PCCP in February 2015. Ms. Edison is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and structuring leverage for PCCP’s national debt portfolio with U.S. and international capital sources. Her responsibilities also include managing the Capital Markets personnel in San Francisco and New York. Prior to joining PCCP, Ms. Edison was with Wells Fargo Bank for 20 years as a Vice President within the Real Estate Capital Markets Group and the Real Estate Managed Assets Group, where she was responsible for closing and managing highly structured international and domestic commercial real estate facilities, troubled debt restructures, and European pooled asset acquisitions. Ms. Edison actively represents PCCP at Commercial Women in Real Estate (CREW), Real Estate Lenders Association (RELA), Commercial Real Estate Finance Counsel (CREFC) and Mortgage Banker Association (MBA) industry events nationally and is a member of Women’s Fund El Dorado (WFED).

Matthew Cochran

Matt Cochran joined PCCP in January 2016 and is responsible for originating new debt and equity investments on behalf of PCCP’s various investment vehicles. Mr. Cochran primarily focuses on Northern California, Oregon and Colorado, and has originated over 40 debt and equity investments across the multifamily, industrial, office, land and hotel asset classes. Prior to PCCP, Mr. Cochran worked in the Acquisitions & Investments group at Digital Realty, a publicly‐traded data center REIT. While at Digital, Mr. Cochran’s responsibilities included underwriting and managing acquisition and disposition activities as well as analyzing capital investments in Digital’s portfolio. Mr. Cochran received a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

John Randall

Mr. Randall joined PCCP in 2009. Mr. Randall serves as the Head of Equity Capital Markets in addition to managing the New York office. As Head of Equity Capital Markets, Mr. Randall is responsible for directing property level financings on both new equity investment opportunities and existing equity investments within PCCP’s active portfolio. Previously, Mr. Randall worked within PCCP’s Investments team originating debt and equity investments across multifamily, industrial, retail, office and hospitality properties. Prior to PCCP, Mr. Randall spent six years in real estate debt and preferred equity positions within the Real Estate Private Equity group of Lehman Brothers. Prior to Lehman Brothers, Mr. Randall was a Vice President with Deutsche Bank, originating and underwriting mezzanine investments. Mr. Randall’s experience also includes work at Daiwa Securities originating and structuring conduit loans for their CMBS group. Mr. Randall started his career with Arthur Andersen and Jones Lang Wootton where he valued estate in the U.S. and Latin America. Mr. Randall holds a B.A. in Economics from Bowdoin College, magna cum laude, and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Alan Novick

Alan Novick joined PCCP in December 2009 as an Assistant Controller responsible for fund accounting, reporting and operations. Before joining PCCP, Mr. Novick was an associate in the Lehman Brothers Real Estate Private Equity Group overseeing two global real estate mezzanine funds. Prior to that, Mr. Novick worked as an associate at BISYS Private Equity Services and at Citigroup Asset Management. Mr. Novick received a B.S. in Accounting from Yeshiva University.

Brian Haber

Brian Haber joined PCCP in March 2019. Mr. Haber serves as Co-Head of the East Coast Investments team and is based in New York. Mr. Haber is responsible for equity and debt investments along the East Coast and has served as fund manager for multiple PCCP equity and debt investment platforms. Prior to joining PCCP, Mr. Haber was a Vice President at True North Management Group where he was responsible for the origination and asset management of real estate investments across the U.S. Prior to joining True North Management Group, Mr. Haber worked in investment banking and finance roles at RBC Capital Markets and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Mr. Haber received his B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the Jones School of Business at the State University of New York at Geneseo. Mr. Haber is a member of the SUNY Geneseo Business Advisory Council, the Central Park Conservancy and Friends of Hudson River Park.

Kate Giordano

Kate Giordano joined PCCP in 2019 and is responsible for investor relations and capital raising activities including in the U.S. and select international markets. Prior to PCCP, Ms. Giordano was responsible for investor relations and capital raising at Exeter Property Group. Ms. Giordano was previously Head of the Americas for the real estate multi-manager divisions of both Aberdeen (ABRDN) and ING Real Estate Select (CBRE GI). Ms. Giordano began her real estate career at Clarion Partners, where she managed development joint ventures and conducted market research on all major property sectors in the United States. Ms. Giordano received a BA in English from Northwestern University and an MBA from the University of Connecticut. Ms. Giordano is a founding board member of Women in Real Estate (“WIRE”) Philadelphia and a member of the WIRE Global Board. She also supports fundraising efforts for various Philadelphia area non-profit organizations.

PJ Finley

P.J. Finley joined PCCP in 2023. Mr. Finley is responsible for acquisitions and debt originations along the East Coast with a focus on the Northeast and South Florida. Prior to joining PCCP, Mr. Finley was a Vice President at North Bridge, a C-PACE lending group in New York. Prior to North Bridge, Mr. Finley was a Vice President in the Global Institutional Debt Advisory Group at CBRE in New York, where he worked on property-level financing spanning from construction loans to CMBS SA/SB executions. Mr. Finley received a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a major in accounting from the University of Notre Dame, Mendoza College of Business.

Ryan Dodge

Mr. Dodge joined PCCP in September 2013. Mr. Dodge serves as the Co-Head of the New York Investments team and is a member of the Investment Committee. Mr. Dodge is responsible for equity and debt investments along the East Coast and helps lead PCCP’s industrial business. Prior to joining PCCP, Mr. Dodge worked in the Global Real Estate Investment Banking Group at Barclays, specializing in M&A advisory and capital markets assignments on behalf of public REITs and private real estate clients. Mr. Dodge holds a B.S. in Finance and International Business from Georgetown University, where he is a member of the Steering Committee on the Steers Center for Global Real Estate’s advisory board. Mr. Dodge is an active member of NAIOP and sits on the National Industrial Perspectives Forum.

Rick DeCesare

Rick DeCesare joined PCCP in August 2018. He is responsible for managing the firm’s regulatory compliance program. Prior to joining PCCP, Mr. DeCesare was a Senior Compliance Analyst at Athene Asset Management, an affiliate of Apollo Global Management, where he was responsible for various duties in support of the Advisers Act compliance program. Mr. DeCesare earned a B.A. in History and Politics from New York University.

Kevin Chin

Kevin Chin joined PCCP in December 2009 and is responsible for debt and equity originations in the Eastern United States with a focus on the Southeast. Mr. Chin is based in New York and leads multifamily, office, industrial, single family housing, retail and hotel transactions. Prior to joining PCCP, Mr. Chin worked at Lehman Brothers for 7 years within the Real Estate Private Equity and Global Real Estate Groups, where he was responsible for sourcing, structuring, underwriting and asset managing senior loans, mezzanine loans, and preferred equity investments across various asset classes in the United States. Mr. Chin holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.

Andrew Barbakoff joined PCCP in November 2017. Mr. Barbakoff is responsible for equity and debt originations in Northern/Central Florida and helps lead the firm’s BFR investments nationally. Steve Towle joined PCCP in 2006. Mr. Towle is Chief Financial Officer and is a member of the Executive Committee. Mr. Towle is responsible for corporate finance and strategy, tax structuring, and operations. Prior to joining PCCP, Mr. Towle was Vice President of Finance at Lowe Enterprises Investors overseeing the finance and accounting team and was responsible for corporate and investor reporting for several equity commingled funds and separate accounts. Prior to that, Mr. Towle was a senior manager in the audit practice of Ernst & Young specializing in real estate and focused on real estate investment advisors, private equity funds and homebuilding. Mr. Towle received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Southern California.

Shadi Swoish

Ms. Swoish joined PCCP in March 2014 as a member of the Equity Asset Management Team. Ms. Swoish’s responsibilities include asset management, investor reporting and due diligence for PCCP’s equity portfolio. Ms. Swoish is also PCCP’s Head of Sustainability and leads the firm’s ESG Committee, which is responsible for monitoring ESG initiatives within the organization. Prior to joining PCCP, Ms. Swoish was a Vice President at Thomas Properties Group, where she was responsible for and directly involved in all of the company’s financial and investment activities. During her tenure at Thomas Properties, Ms. Swoish was involved in acquisitions, dispositions and financing of office properties, primarily focused on the western United States. She was also responsible for asset management for the company’s direct and joint venture investments. Ms. Swoish received a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Southern California.

Sarina Strickland

Sarina Strickland joined PCCP in March 2021 and is responsible for new originations for PCCP’s debt and equity platforms in Southern California, Nevada, Arizona, and Texas. Prior to joining PCCP, Ms. Strickland worked as an Associate for the Real Estate Banking group at JP Morgan in Los Angeles focusing on originating acquisition, construction, structured revolving facilities, and subscription facilities for Los Angeles and Phoenix-based borrowers. Ms. Strickland holds a B.S. in Business – Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California.

Peter Spaziani

Peter Spaziani joined PCCP in 2022 and is PCCP’s General Counsel. Prior to joining PCCP, Mr. Spaziani was a Director at Greystar Real Estate Partners, where he worked on the firm’s private investment funds, joint ventures and other investment management initiatives. Prior to joining Greystar, Mr. Spaziani was an associate at Goodwin Procter LLP, where he represented a broad range of real estate private equity clients with respect to fund formation and offerings, joint ventures, strategic transactions and regulatory matters. Mr. Spaziani is a member of the New York State Bar, a registered in-house counsel in California, and received his Juris Doctorate from Boston College Law School and a Bachelor of Science from Binghamton University.

Shikha Seth

Shikha Seth joined PCCP in October 2015. Ms. Seth serves as Head of Human Resources and is a member of PCCP’s ESG Committee and Benefits Committee. She is responsible for recruiting, benefits administration, payroll, employee relations, training and development, performance management, compensation, policies, programs, and culture and engagement. Prior to joining PCCP, Ms. Seth worked as a Senior HR Generalist for Wonderful Pistachios & Almonds, a food manufacturing company based out of California. Prior to that, Ms. Seth was an HR Coordinator at Wiley Rein LLP, a private law firm in Washington, DC. Ms. Seth received a B.B.A. with an emphasis in Human Resources Management from The George Washington University. She is a member of NAREIM and CalChamber.

Karen Ruiz

Karen Ruiz joined PCCP in June 2007. Ms. Ruiz is responsible for finance and accounting oversight of debt and equity platforms and serves as the Yardi (accounting software system) administrator. Prior to joining PCCP, Ms. Ruiz was the Director of Revenue at ChoicePoint. She was responsible for the accounting and finance function for the Public Records division. Prior to joining ChoicePoint, Ms. Ruiz was an Accounting Manager at MAI Corporation, where she was responsible for the operational accounting and finance function. Prior to this position, she was the General Manager/Controller for Pacific Connections where she was responsible for the accounting and finance function as well as the daily operations. Ms. Ruiz received a B.S. in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton.

Nami Park, CTP

Nami Park joined PCCP in November 2013. Ms. Park is responsible for the oversight of treasury management and banking relations for the PCCP corporate and debt/equity platforms. Prior to joining PCCP, Ms. Park was a Senior Fund Accountant at Jonathan Rose Companies in New York where she was responsible for financial reporting analysis and treasury functions for the Real Estate Investment Division. Prior to Jonathan Rose Companies, Ms. Park was a Financial Accountant at Kim & Lee, CPAs, working with commercial real estate clients. Ms. Park received B.A. in Music Business Management from Berklee College of Music and is a Certified Treasury Professional.

JD Park

JD Park joined PCCP in June 2016 and is responsible for capital raising activities in the Asian market. Prior to joining PCCP, Mr. Park was a Senior Vice President in the Global Alternative Investment Group at Hanwha Asset Management, where he worked on the underwriting of global investment opportunities. Additionally, Mr. Park was the manager of due diligence for the firm’s Fund of Funds program. Prior to joining Hanwha Asset Management, Mr. Park was a senior associate with JR Asset Management. His responsibilities included investment management and client services. Mr. Park began his career as a research analyst with JUSTR, where he advised clients on real estate investment strategies and authored research reports on commercial property markets. Mr. Park received his B.A in marketing from the University of Texas and an M.B.A from the SC Johnson College of Business at Cornell University with real estate minor. Mr. Park is a Certified Collective Investment Manager, Certified Real Estate Fund Manager, Certified Real Estate Advisor, and Certified Real Estate Developer in Korea. He also serves on the board of The Southeast-Rio Vista YMCA, Metropolitan Los Angeles.

Lynda Ngo

Lynda Ngo joined PCCP in April 2007. Ms. Ngo is responsible for accounting and finance functions for the PCCP debt platforms. Prior to joining PCCP, Ms. Ngo was an Accountant for Barrister Executive Suites, Inc., an executive suites and management company in Los Angeles. Ms. Ngo received a B.A. in Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles.

Alex Moratorio

Mr. Moratorio joined PCCP in 2023 and serves as the Chief Technology Officer where he is responsible for overseeing all technology and application platforms, as well as leading digital transformation initiatives to streamline business operations. Prior to joining PCCP, Mr. Moratorio served as the Chief Information Officer for Griffin Capital Company, LLC for more than 7 years. Mr. Moratorio has nearly 25 years of real estate and financial services experience and holds a B.A. from the University of California at Irvine.

William Lindsay

Co-Founder & Senior Managing Partner

Mr. Lindsay is a Co-Founder of PCCP and a member of the Firm’s Management Committee, focused on PCCP’s equity platform. Mr. Lindsay is also a member of the Executive Committee, which primarily oversees Firm strategy and policy, resource allocation, risk and compliance. Prior to forming PCCP, Mr. Lindsay was the co-head of the real estate group at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, LLP, where he led the firm’s practice in real estate workouts, loan securitizations, equity joint ventures, and real estate finance. From 1986 to 1987, Mr. Lindsay served as a law clerk to Chief Justice William H. Rehnquist on the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Lindsay received his bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College. Mr. Lindsay received his J.D. from the School of Law at the University of California, Berkeley and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Center Theatre Group in Los Angeles, California. He is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association.

Ivy Leung

Ivy Leung joined PCCP in August 2018 and is responsible for accounting and finance functions for selected PCCP equity funds. Prior to joining PCCP, Ms. Leung was a Fund Controller at Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors, where she focused on real estate private equity funds. Earlier in her career, she worked as an Audit Associate at Rothstein Kass, specializing in audits of hedge fund and private equity fund clients. Ms. Leung received a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Southern California and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Jed Lassere

Mr. Lassere joined PCCP in 2002. Mr. Lassere serves as Head of Investments and is a member of PCCP’s Investment Committee. Prior to joining PCCP, Mr. Lassere was a Senior Consultant in the Real Estate Advisory Practice of Ernst & Young. At Ernst & Young, Mr. Lassere specialized in strategy and capital markets engagements while working for a wide variety of clients from public REITs to Fortune 500 corporations. Mr. Lassere received a B.A. in Business Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Betty Kao

Betty Kao joined PCCP in April 2006. Ms. Kao’s responsibilities within the Portfolio Management Group include overseeing the portfolio performance for the debt vehicles. She is also a part of PCCP’s ESG committee. Ms. Kao was a member of PCCP’s Loan Servicing and Debt Asset Management teams prior to her role in Portfolio Management. Prior to joining PCCP, Ms. Kao was an associate at WNC & Associates, responsible for construction monitoring for affordable housing. Ms. Kao received a B.S. in International Studies from the University of California, Irvine.

Michael Johnson

Michael Johnson joined PCCP in January 2012. His responsibilities at PCCP include acquisitions and debt originations, financial modeling, and asset management.Mr. Johnson is focused on the Southern California, Phoenix, and Las Vegas markets. Prior to joining PCCP, Mr. Johnson worked for Prudential Mortgage Capital in San Francisco focusing on secondary market transactions and management of its CDO. Mr. Johnson received a B.S. in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley in 2006 and an M.B.A. from the Anderson School at the University of California at Los Angeles in 2012.

Henry Hwang

Henry Hwang joined PCCP in August 2014. Mr. Hwang is responsible for oversight of performance reporting and finance for the PCCP debt and equity platforms. Prior to joining PCCP, Mr. Hwang was Vice President at Angelo, Gordon & Co. overseeing investor reporting, operations and finance for the private equity real estate platform. Prior to that, Mr. Hwang was a Controller at Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors overseeing financial reporting and finance for various private equity commingled funds. Before Kayne, Mr. Hwang was an audit associate at Rothstein, Kass & Co serving clients in the alternative investments industry. Mr. Hwang received a B.A. in Business Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).

Michael Hoyt

Mr. Hoyt joined PCCP in 2008. Mr. Hoyt serves as the Co-Fund Manager for the Firm’s commingled opportunistic equity series of vehicles, and oversees PCCP’s equity portfolio as Co-Head of Equity Investment Management. Additionally, Mr. Hoyt serves as Fund Manager for select equity separately managed accounts. Previously, Mr. Hoyt was the Head of PCCP’s Portfolio Management Team, overseeing portfolio performance of all PCCP vehicles. Prior to his role as Head of Portfolio Management, Mr. Hoyt focused on debt and equity investments, having originated equity, mezzanine, and senior debt transactions on office, industrial, multifamily, retail and condominiums throughout the Western United States. Mr. Hoyt is also a member of PCCP’s ESG Committee, which is responsible for monitoring ESG initiatives within the organization. Brad Hartstein

Brad Hartstein joined PCCP in 2022. Mr. Hartstein is responsible for originating new business for PCCP’s equity and debt platforms in the Southwest United States with a focus on Southern California, Nevada, Arizona, and Texas. Prior to joining PCCP, Mr. Hartstein spent 15 years in commercial real estate lending as a senior loan originator for Wells Fargo, PNC Bank and most recently U.S. Bank. As a senior loan originator, Mr. Hartstein originated commercial real estate loans, subscriptions lines of credit and large corporate unsecured facilities to a variety of commercial real estate companies located in Southern California and Arizona. Mr. Hartstein received his B.S. in Economics from New York University.

Sam Gold

Sam Gold joined PCCP in October 2006. Mr. Gold is responsible for finance and accounting oversight of corporate accounting. Prior to joining PCCP, Mr. Gold worked as an Accountant for US Properties Group, a commercial real estate investment and management company based out of Columbus, Ohio. Mr. Gold received a B.S. in Operations from The Ohio State University and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).

Greg Eberhardt

Greg Eberhardt joined PCCP in 2000. Mr. Eberhardt is responsible for overseeing investor services, including raising investment capital for PCCP’s debt and equity platforms, and oversight of investor relations. Mr. Eberhardt has oversight of project level finance and assists in the development of investment strategy. Prior to joining PCCP, Mr. Eberhardt was Vice President at Maguire Partners in Los Angeles where he was responsible for oversight of project finance for an institutional real estate portfolio of existing and development investments. Prior to that, Mr. Eberhardt worked as a Portfolio Manager for MetLife Real Estate Investments in Los Angeles. Mr. Eberhardt received his bachelor’s degree in Engineering from California State University, Northridge. Mr. Eberhardt received a master’s degree from the Marshall School of Business at University of Southern California.

Lyndon Dysim

Lyndon Dysim joined PCCP in May 2015. He is responsible for assisting with the oversight of the performance reporting group and working on various finance matters at the fund- and investor-levels. Prior to joining PCCP, Mr. Dysim was a senior manager in the audit practice of Ernst & Young LLP’s Los Angeles office specializing in the real estate industry where his clients included listed and non-listed REITs, homebuilders, and real estate funds. Before Ernst & Young, he served in internal audit and accounting capacities at KB Home, HSBC Bank, and Colony Capital. Mr. Dysim received his B.A. in Economics and minor in Accounting from the University of California, Los Angeles and is a CPA (inactive).

Richard Drake

Richard joined PCCP in July 2021. Mr. Drake’s responsibilities include asset management, investor reporting and due diligence for PCCP’s equity portfolio. Mr. Drake worked as a Manager in the Real Estate Business Advisory Services group at PwC where he focused on commercial real estate valuation and transaction services for various real estate private equity funds, REITs, and banks. Mr. Drake holds a B.B.A. in Management from Lancaster University, UK, B.S. in International Business from Northeastern University and M.A. in Accounting from the University of Illinois – Urbana Champaign. Additionally, Mr. Drake is a CCIM designee.

Jennifer Diaz

Ms. Diaz joined PCCP in 2000. Ms. Diaz is the Head of Multifamily, acting as portfolio manager for PCCP’s entire multifamily portfolio. In addition, Ms. Diaz is the Fund Manager for PCCP’s strategic venture focused on single family for rent housing and for PCCP’s strategic venture focused on workforce-oriented apartment communities. During her tenure at PCCP, Ms. Diaz has served in various debt and equity investments, platform and asset management roles. Angelo Deguzman

Managing Director

Angelo Deguzman joined PCCP in 2013 and is responsible for accounting and finance functions for select PCCP equity platforms. Prior to joining PCCP, Mr. Deguzman worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP as an Audit Manager and served clients in the real estate sector. Mr. Deguzman received a B.S. in Business Administration in Accounting from Northeastern University, magna cum laude, and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).

Bryan Cebula

Managing Director

Mr. Cebula joined PCCP in September 2015 as a member of the Equity Asset Management Team. Mr. Cebula is a Fund Manager and is responsible for asset management, investor reporting and due diligence for PCCP’s equity portfolio. Prior to joining PCCP, Mr. Cebula was a Senior Asset Manager at American Realty Advisors, responsible for asset management of the company’s direct and joint venture investments. Mr. Cebula also worked as a Senior Director at GE Capital, where he acquired and oversaw equity investments. Mr. Cebula received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin and an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California.

Kristin Canon

Managing Director

Kristin Canon joined PCCP in October 2017. As Director of Corporate Branding and Investor Strategy, Kristin manages PCCP’s corporate branding, marketing, and communications strategy as well as supporting other investor relations functions. Prior to her current role, Kristin was the Head of Project Management supporting the Investor Relations team for PCCP. Prior to joining PCCP, Kristin was a Director at Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors, L.P., where she was responsible for investor relations and acted a product specialist for a sub-advised mutual fund. Kristin also worked in institutional equity sales at JP Morgan, covering mutual funds and hedge funds. Kristin graduated from Amherst College with a B.A. in Psychology and was captain of the women’s volleyball team.

Norma Cabrera

Senior Vice President, Portfolio Services Director

Ms. Cabrera joined PCCP in 2005. Ms. Cabrera serves as Director of the Portfolio Services Group, which is responsible for the due diligence/closing, administration/servicing, document control, and reporting of all commercial loans held in multiple PCCP debt platforms. In addition, Ms. Cabrera manages the third-party servicers, assists in the development of policies and procedures, the establishment of new debt funds and repurchase facilities, as well as anti-money laundering policy compliance. Prior to joining PCCP, Ms. Cabrera acted as a consultant at the Firm for five years. Prior to her time as a PCCP consultant, Ms. Cabrera served as a Manager at Citicorp Real Estate in Los Angeles in the Asset Management, Commercial Lending, and Specialized Lending groups, and played an instrumental role in establishing the banks national workout and foreclosure procedures. Ms. Cabrera studied computer science at the California State University San Bernardino prior to launching her career as a Senior Loan Administrator with the Fuji Bank, Ltd- Los Angeles Agency in the Commercial Real Estate Division.
